The Live Food Show – Carfax – 10.30am to 3.30pm

New for 2016, the live cookery theatre will be returning for Sunday. Opposite Panino Cafe in the Town Centre, the high spec kitchen will be used on the big day by a number of chefs from local businesses, plus traders from Horsham’s weekly local produce market, that will collectively form a live programme of entertainment so chefs and others can showcase their culinary skills, demonstrate and impart their knowledge.

The programme is professionally compered by foodie Hilary Knight, founder of Sussex Food and Drink Network. Hilary works with chefs and food and drink producers from across Sussex and will be engaging with the public and interacting with demonstrators on the day, teasing out their top tips.

Whilst visitors will witness cooking at its very best, there will certainly be opportunities for free tasters.
