FOOD SAFETY – HORSHAM DISTRICT COUNCIL

The team is responsible for enforcing food safety in approximately 1000 businesses operating in Horsham District.  In addition, courses for food handlers are provided at the Council offices and on site if the numbers of candidates is significant.


SUSSEX BREAKFAST

The Sussex Breakfast accreditation scheme is open to any Sussex accommodation or hospitality business serving breakfasts, such as B&Bs, hotels, cafes and attractions. A 'Sussex Breakfast' is at least 60% local, seasonal ingredients. There are many commercial and ethical advantages to being a Sussex Breakfast provider.
